Last Updated: October 2, 2026
These Mobile Terms & Conditions ("Mobile Terms") govern the SMS and text messaging program (the "Service") operated by Fruitful Futures Project ("Fruitful Futures Project," "FFP," "we," "us," or "our").
By enrolling in or otherwise consenting to receive text messages from Fruitful Futures Project, you agree to these Mobile Terms.
1. Program Description
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to the Service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from or on behalf of Fruitful Futures Project at the mobile number you provided.
Messages may include:
- Organizational news and updates;
- Program and event announcements;
- Registration and appointment reminders;
- Fruitfulness opportunities and resources;
- Fundraising and donation-related communications;
- Educational or informational messages;
- Promotional or marketing communications;
- Transaction-related communications; and
- Shopping cart or registration reminders, including abandoned cart reminders where applicable.
Messages may be sent using automated technology or other messaging systems permitted by applicable law.
2. Consent to Receive Text Messages
Your consent to receive marketing text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of making a donation, purchasing a product or service, registering for an event, participating in a program, or otherwise doing business with Fruitful Futures Project.
By opting in, you authorize Fruitful Futures Project to send text messages to the mobile number you provided, even if that number appears on a state or federal Do Not Call list, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Your consent applies to Fruitful Futures Project and does not authorize unrelated third parties to send marketing text messages to you.
3. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Fruitful Futures Project does not charge you for participating in the Service. However, your wireless carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages or using mobile data.
Please review your wireless plan or contact your wireless carrier for information about applicable messaging and data charges.
4. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of the Service at any time.
Reply STOP to any text message from Fruitful Futures Project or text STOP to +1 (888) 541-1948.
After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive a one-time text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After your opt-out request has been processed, you will no longer receive messages from the applicable messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again or initiate a communication with us.
Where available, you may also use an unsubscribe link contained in a text message.
If you participate in more than one separate Fruitful Futures Project messaging program, you may need to opt out of each program separately, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We will honor reasonable opt-out requests in accordance with applicable law.

6. Mobile Number Requirements
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide to Fruitful Futures Project and that you are authorized to consent to receive text messages at that number.
You agree to provide us with a valid mobile phone number.
If you change, deactivate, or transfer your mobile number, you should opt out of the Service before relinquishing the number and, if desired, enroll again using your new number.
7. Supported Carriers and Message Delivery
The Service is subject to the availability and functionality of participating wireless carriers and telecommunications networks.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and other service providers. Fruitful Futures Project cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or received.
8. Changes to Messaging Numbers
We may change the telephone number, short code, or other sending identifier used to operate the Service.
When reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of such changes.
If we change a messaging number, messages sent to a previous number, including STOP or HELP requests, may not be received. If you experience difficulty opting out, please contact us using the information provided in Section 5.
9. Privacy and Mobile Information
We respect your privacy.
Information collected through the Service will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Fruitful Futures Project does not sell or rent your mobile telephone number or SMS opt-in information.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with non-affiliated third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose information to service providers that assist us in operating the Service, such as telecommunications providers, messaging platforms, website providers, customer relationship management providers, and other vendors acting on our behalf, as reasonably necessary to provide the Service.
For additional information about how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information, please review our Privacy Policy:

10. Abandoned Cart Messages
If you have consented to receive applicable text messages, Fruitful Futures Project may send reminders regarding an incomplete or abandoned transaction, registration, donation, or shopping cart.
Our website may use cookies, website plugins, shopping cart technologies, session information, or similar technologies to identify when a cart or transaction has been started but not completed.
Information collected through these technologies may be used to determine when an abandoned cart or transaction reminder should be sent.
You may opt out of these messages at any time by replying STOP.
11. Service Changes and Termination
Fruitful Futures Project may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any of its features at any time, subject to applicable law.
We may also update these Mobile Terms periodically to reflect changes in our messaging practices, technology, Service, or applicable legal requirements.
When we update these Mobile Terms, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain additional consent before implementing a change.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fruitful Futures Project will not be liable for delayed, failed, incomplete, or misdirected delivery of messages; errors or inaccuracies in messages; interruptions in the Service; or actions taken or not taken in reliance upon information delivered through the Service.
